Mike is your go to expert! I had a small problem with a HELOC on investment rental property and with one call Mike had solved the problem. I have a very strict set of guidelines that I follow when developing a relationship with any company no matter what service they offer. However, not only does Hard Money Mike surpass everyone of my critical standards for business, I also get ideas on how I want to run and structure my business as it grows. The customer service I have recieved with Hard Money Mike is never less than 200%, whether my deals are small or large, they treat me like I am their only client. You always meet a face of positive attitude and how can we help, versus someone someone potentially looking down at you. I can reach out on any of my deals with any circumstances and I get met with problem solving, and Mike's team seeing every detail to the smallest through until the deal closes. It literally is a smoother process than walking your dog. What has impressed me the most this year is that Mike took the time to sit down with clients and have an open forum discussion on where they wanted to go with their business in 2021, and how he could help. I personally found out that a lot of investors had the same concern as I did, I learned some ideas and concerns that I hadn't thought about, and we discussed personnel and the ROI on what that could do to my bottom line. Since that meeting I have hired a fully qualified Project Manager, been working with a training a new realtor to represent me versus me representing myself, and put together an additional full trades team.
